The primary role of the Store Person is to manage all incoming stock deliveries to the store daily. I work full time in this role which requires an eye for detail and accuracy, physical strength and strong communication skills.

In addition I am also responsible for:

• Marking off large volumes of incoming stock
• Labelling and arranging stock as specified in planograms
• Invoicing and processing credits
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
• Heavy lifting of stock

• Psari Seafood Bar & Grill is a fine dining restaurant with an excellent reputation and winner of multiple awards
• Psari serves up to 150 guests per evening and accommodates special events and provides catering for local events
• My role in this busy restaurant includes: Greeting and seating guests, Presenting guests with menus and providing details and recommendations on dishes, Maintaining extensive knowledge on the menu including seasonal and specials menus, Taking guest meal and drinks orders with accuracy, Bussing tables and anticipating guest needs during their dining experience, Assisting the Head chef and Sous chef in food prep and plating when needed, Full pack down and clean of the restaurant at close of service
