Cooking for me can be for the weekly meals of the family, a special occasion, or just a random Saturday when I'm in the mood to experiment. I often get lost in the process and find that this time is a chance for me to reflect and relax and lose myself in a sometimes intense environment. I love to try new flavours and varieties and I get a great deal of satisfaction when friends and family enjoy the things I create.
