• Plan, provision and prepare meals for weekly guests according to dietary concerns and food allergies
• Maintain clean, neat and well-sanitized kitchen
• Organize on-shore activities and dinner reservations suited to guest preferences

As an Instructor,

• Plan and deliver courses for students around food safety, food preparation, and customer service
• Coach junior chefs on cooking techniques and performance strategies
• Observe and evaluate students' work to determine progress, provide feedback, and make suggestions for improvement

• Collaborate along-side stakeholder's and technical architects to develop intuitive and meaningful software solutions
• Oversee entire product deployments from vision and creation to rollout and delivery
• Deliver presentations and effectively communicate software functionality to both executive leadership and global practitioners

• Develop strong client relationships to maintain a positivity and relaxed working environment
• Define roadmaps and track progress against multiple deadlines illustrating attention to detail and exceptional organization
• Develop and implement corrective actions to bring business areas in line with standards

• Bus and reset tables to keep dining room and work areas clean
• Explain menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns

• Maintain and operate espresso machines, blenders, commercial coffee brewers, coffee pots, and other equipment
• Train new employees, sharing knowledge and expertise of coffees, teas, and merchandise
