Crib Point

Summary

Throughout my whole working career, I have naturally offered a calm, nurturing, dedicated, inclusive, honest and supportive approach to all children or adults in my care, with the greatest respect for every individual person.

As a Learning Support Officer this would be no different. I am ready to learn, be educated, and grow in the educational setting with a wellbeing focused approach, assisting subject teachers, providing and inclusive education for all students. I feel i would also bring an understanding of individual students development and needs with effective communication strategies, also encourage independence and social inclusion that would aid in fostering resilience and self- empowerment and motivate each student within the Foundation College.
