With over 5 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I've had the privilege of working across all age groups from infants and toddlers to kindy and school-aged children. My professional journey has included supporting children with diverse needs, including those on the autism spectrum and with high behavioural challenges, allowing me to develop a deep understanding of inclusive, responsive, and trauma-informed practice. Recently promoted to Site Manager, I now lead daily operations, mentor educators, and foster a nurturing environment where children thrive and teams grow together. My leadership approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in my commitment to child development and wellbeing. As I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I'm driven by a long-term goal to become a Developmental Psychologist. I'm eager to expand my experience in new settings that support children's growth whether in education, mental health, or community services so I can build a more holistic understanding of children's needs across environments.
