I have facilitated leadership and personal change workshops and trainings and one-on-one coaching sessions around the globe. I am an advocate for change and I continue to challenge myself to experience new possibilities.

  • Planned and established an Asia-Pacific strategic youth advocacy body called the Network of Asia-Pacific Youth.
  • Coordinated 3 regional and 2 international research including feedback on research reports, as well as, co-ordination, technical and liaison work.
  • Contributed to research development and analysis, and writing and editing of publications.
  • Scoped, designed and developed training modules on advocacy for grassroots organisations including delivering advocacy training to youth and women NGOs in South and Southeast Asian countries.
  • Monitored and evaluated government policies and programmes in partnership with international women's NGOs.
  • Carried out advocacy for young people's rights as part of the international Youth Coalition by ensuring youth people's issues and concerns were high on government agendas.
  • On invitation from the World Health Organisation, Geneva, participated in a roundtable discussion on the issue of Globalisation and its impact on the world.
