Creating an end-to-end product strategy based on design thinking models, UX principles, business modelling and financial modelling (including investment metrics). Launch of Professional Development Programs for clinical coders:

o Led the successful go to market commercialisation strategy of an innovative education service program targeting clinical coders, achieving a high operating margin for iMedX.

o Strategically determined package configurations and pricing models, ensuring competitive positioning and profitability.

Key Achievement: Led key partnerships with HIMAA (an industry body), facilitating the seamless delivery of the product and attaining a record number (186) of registrations for three nation-wide education sessions.
