Summary

I would like to describe myself as a positive and happy individual who is committed to my own and others’ wellbeing. I am a Behavior Support Practitioner with 1-year hands-on experience of supporting individuals with disability in our community to live their best lives. I have a strong understanding about positive behavior support principles, NDIS guidelines, and implementing evidence-based strategies to reduce the problem behavior and restrictive practices. I have more than two years of experience working as a mental health support worker, helping NDIS participants with community access, companionship, and support for daily life activities.
