  • To improve operational performance of Menarini I am responsible for performing analysis on Australia and New Zeeland health care data to support making Menarini business policies, projects, and programs on time to time.
  • Being a data translator I am responsible in providing necessary insights/ evidence based support to the decision makers to make right decisions for both Australia and New Zeeland business.
  • Primarily responsible for the development and provision of scheduled and ad hoc reports ( Daily/Weekly /Monthly/Quarterly / year end ) based on business requirement
  • To achieve business focused solutions I need to collate , interpret complex information from numerous sources, and do analysis and prepare presentations to ILT team and then manage challenges creatively.
  • This may also include providing data extraction from cross systems and provide analytical/ insights support across state teams to achieve their goals .
  • Responsible for coordination and management of system life cycle. including data designing, data sourcing, data trinage and uploading for staging of Menarini power PBI dashboards
  • As data lead / main contact for business data analytics I will coordinate communications with all key stakeholders/Management / IT / suppliers/developers / regional teams in all projects.
  • I also maintain relevant project schedules, and track project deliverables as per the need of Menarini internal users / key stake holders.
  • Responsible for providing valuable commercial and financial planning of all brands of Menarini
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities and challenges within the portfolio and empowering our commercial operations team to advise the growth opportunities that were not tapped before.
  • This includes the way of interpreting data and implementation plans to achieve the maximum efficiency in a quarter time for a given brand.
