- Implement, Evaluate and reflect the monthly curriculum plan for the children.

- Individual story and follow up the extension and goal of the children.

- Building trusting relationship and working in collaboration with the staffs .

- Delegating and managing the daily routine of the room.

- Ensure that all policies and procedures of the centre are adhered and followed appropriately.

The Primary role is to implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children in their care as individuals and within groups. Its also includes the EYLF practice framework and the National quality Area guidelines which links all the programming curriculum.

• Provided guidance to educators on pedagogical approaches based on best practices.
• Mentored trainee and new educator by providing support, advice and resources.
• Established good relationships and work in collaboration with management, the children and with the families.

• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for the children.
• Preparing activities to ensure an engaging learning environment.
• Provided guidance, support, and encouragement to children in a variety of educational settings.
• Planning and implementing educational programs that promote children’s development and learning.
