As the owner I have been running the business under the name The local Greek yiros shop since November 2020. I start the preparation daily so that the shop is eady at opening time.I have the ultimate responsibility for the preparation as well as he grilling of the meats on time, the immediate service of customers regarding orders in the shop as well as over the phone, the organization of orders, the payment of general expenses , the payment of staff, the payment of suppliers, the preparation for the closure of the shop and its general cleaning also. The success of the recognition and good reputation that accompanies the shop is due to the very good customer service, the result of teamwork by all the employees of the shop as well as the quality of the products sold. I sould also mention that from 2008 to 2014 I started running the first store under the name The Dialy Bread in the CBD sandwitch bar from 2014 t0 2016 , the second store under the name Raw and Real in the CBD with the focus on natural juices and the third store from 2016 to 2020 with the name The Wooden Spoon in Harbour Town and the focus on prepared food, sweets and ice cream. In all the above stores my role was exactly the same as in the current store. From 1998 to 2006 I worked in Greece as a bank employee at Eurobank, working in the central department of the Custody and Business Center in Athens. My responsibilities included the custody of clients securities (shares), their disposal, and then, as an employee in the Business Center (High Risk Loans) departments of the bank, granting loans to small and large business. I completed my military service from 1992 to 1992 in the land army on the border line.
