- Negotiation of lease variations for existing NSW sites in response to deminishing parking volumes during Covid lockdown.
- Successfull negotiation of rent free periods, and shift to 'net revenue share' lease arrangenents with carpark owners to minimise financial loss and rexposure during Covid.
Consulting - Parking Levy Calcularion & Implimentation of Valid Levy Exemprions where possibile to minimise payable Parking Levies. (Successfully reduce levy expense in NSW by more than $1mil annually)
Provision of financial analysis and feasinility for lease extentions and renewals.
Successfully renegotiated adjusted terms of new and existing site lease agreements to incorporate significant cost reductions.
Best case negotiatiin of lease extention saw obe carpark shift from average monthky loss of >($100k); to an actual annual net revenue of >$1.2mil. (*Zenith - Chatswood)
- Consult on impending ACCC action undertaken as a result of 'Secure a Spot' -misleading advertising claims.
Presented harm minimisation plan as well as a nunber of ways to ensure any adcersly affected consumers were contacted & compensated, as well recommentding the imediate cessarion of product.
- Secure Parking decided not to action any of these recommendations - and following this decision; I withdrew my coonsuktijg services. * Secure Parking was subsequently fined more than $10million by the ACCC in relation to this misleading claim action.
