• Manage a team of locators to verify the accuracy and safety of the worksite before commencement of each job.
• Coordinate and schedule activities with construction partners to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and approve all dig permits to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and to maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate and manage sub-contractors involved in the construction and development of telecommunications networks, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for the installation of Premises Connection Devices (PCDs) for Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) projects.
• Conduct site scoping and planning for Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Premise (FTTP), and Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) construction projects.
• Supervise a three-person team in the construction of FTTP networks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Design FTTP, FTTN, and FTTC networks in accordance with NBN specifications and guidelines.
• Oversee fibre optic testing and commissioning, ensuring all systems are fully operational and meet required performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a three-person crew in the installation of structured cabling for smart homes, ensuring proper fitting and configuration.
• Oversee cable hauling activities for NBN (National Broadband Network) installations, specifically for Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) technology.
• Manage the fitting and installation of security systems and audiovisual (AV) equipment in both residential and commercial settings.
• Supervise the hauling and installation of optical fibre for NBN FTTP deployments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage cable installation for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
