  • Ensure the raw materials you have received are in line with the ones you have been given permission to use
  • Reviewing the "approved for casting" drawings that were received and any issues, notify them to the QA & QC Manager
  • Monitoring, inspecting, documenting, and reporting about pre-production activities like checking moulds, steel reinforcing, stressing, and pouring concrete, as well as post-production activities like demoulding, storage, and curing by water, hot water, or steam
  • Assure that all tools and equipment used for all activities are calibrated, and that their calibration certificates are updated in accordance with procedures
  • Verify the manufacturer is using the approved mix design by regularly inspecting the concrete being mixed at the batching plant
  • Raising non-conformance report and reporting it to Project manager, put the relevant element "on hold," perform the necessary precautionary steps of the root cause analysis in accordance with the QA & QC
  • Prepare the "request for inspection" form beforehand and send it to the QA & QC Manager for review, signing, and eventual delivery to the client for consultant examination.
