• Provided medical supervision and captivated climbers with captivating stories.
• Adhere to established protocols and respond expeditiously and efficiently to any incidents or emergencies that may arise in order to safeguard climbers.
• Execute administrative responsibilities with precision and promptness, including incident reporting, timekeeping, and safety checklists.
• Contributed $1.95 million in generated revenue via ascend leading, which was a strategic contributor to the company's revenue growth.
