• Working on D-365 CRM to define requirements while working in agile method
• Responsible to prepare detailed User Stories and own requirements as per Australian Superannuation industry
• Work with different vendors to understand their requirements and CRM requirements and bridge gap to Integrate two or three systems
• Leverage capabilities of Power Automate and identify areas of automation and elicit requirements and prepare User Stories
• Support Dev+QA team on requirement understanding, facilitate Backlog Grooming,Sprint planning sessions
• Evaluate story points estimated for each JIRA
• Handle change request
• Work in solutions designing for identifying CRM entities/Forms/Fields/data types/BPF/workflows and security model in D-365 CRM
• Experienced working with Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules with expertise in D-365 security model
• Work on Model driven Apps and exposure on Canvas apps and Power pages, Power BI

• Work with Malaysian client for Business Intelligence project and leverage utilization of Tableau and Power BI tools.
• Build wireframes and designs for the BI reports/dashboards
• Validation data requirements by running SQL queries and help defining the KPIS with stakeholders
• Support in Data analysis and feature engineering to derive insights from the visualization created using Power BI
• Role was more towards Business system Analyst to define data requirement for dashboard and reporting using BI tools in the Bg data ecosystem like Hadoop/Cloudera, ETL tool like SSIS

• Lead the Brainstorming sessions with team of accountants and CA for building the business logic for Coding Rule Suggestions (Non Functional Requirements) and then taking it to the Machine Learning algorithms for training the model with ML engineers.
• Support feature engineering in order to build ML logic while mapping the requirements.
• Build wireframes and align with functional requirements
• Handle Change request
• Prepare requirement documents like BRD/FRD
• Split the Epic into smaller user stories and prioritize as per business needs

• Work closely in technical team to elicit the requirements and help build the CRM solution.
• Conduct discovery on the client's business model to understand the best fit of solution in D-365 CRM space
• Deliver a solution presentation and custom product demonstration that highlights product differentiators and expertise in meeting the client's stated requirements.
• Facilitate UAT, Dev + QA Support on requirements understanding and clarity
