General Management

Contractor Management

Cultivated commercial communications, and the management and maintenance of the relationship between the University and any external contracted suppliers. I conduct contractor analysis and assess effectiveness in the overall supplier management strategy, embracing effective management and operational relationships at all levels.

Investigations

Initiated investigations into the safety of staff, students, and visitors and into the loss, theft, or destruction of university assets. This includes the referral of investigations to misconduct panels, as well as State and Federal law enforcement authorities as well as other regulatory agencies.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate closely with local Police to review and compare reports and intelligence with Police Local Area Command Officers and Local Area Command statistical information.

Consult with key University clients on a regular basis to exchange information on the provision of security and related services and to discuss and resolve general issues, complaints, and concerns.
