Key responsibilities

Verify that the As-Constructed Asset Information is correct by undertaking a site completion walkover.

Solve issues on-site to ensure that SA Water infrastructure is compliant.

Review and provide feedback on contractors’ QA documentation to ensure that it meets SA Water's expectations.

Lead a small team to deliver water and wastewater services, and ensure responses to customer faults meet the service level agreement.

Undertake liaison between multiple work groups, and ensure financial targets and constraints are met.

Ensuring that service levels were achieved in terms of water quality, safety, efficiency, and promoting team unity.

Management of the financial budget and adhering to KPIs with customer attendance.

Management of the depot work schedule and ensuring that work is delivered within set KPIs and customer expectations.

Lead the team when required to ensure that work is completed to SA Water standards and procedures.
