I completed schooling at Leeton High School in 1985, then commenced secretarial studies in 1986 with Tafe NSW, including shorthand, typing and office administation. In 1987 I was employed by Tierney & Dowd as a receptionist, working as a secretarial assistant to solicitors with court matters, preparing wills and powers of attorney. During my employment I progressively built the knowledge and skills I now possess where my current role is now Senior Conveyancing Secretary, assisting solicitors with retail sales and purchases, leases, water sales and purchases, farm sales and purchases, commercial leases. I am responsible for training new staff members in manual conveyancing and providing mentoring and support.
