  • Upon establishment of PHN, led "GP visits project", creating comprehensive engagement framework for general practice. This included modification of existing CRM systems, developing internal processes, implementing a staff communication platform, and fostering strong engagement and collaboration with SEMPHN colleagues.
  • Established strong relationships with general practices within SEMPHN region (100% engagement).
  • Practice Manager mentoring and training.
  • Developed Provider Support Knowledge resource, increasing efficiencies within Provider Support team, and proving useful as training and reference tool for new staff.
