Summary

Ive worked in the Oil and gas sector for over 20 years from onshore facilities (KGP, Wheatstone and Pluto) to offshore subsea construction, Hook up, Brownfields construction and maintenance. For the past 4 years I have been working as a hands on supervisor on the Wandoo B platform. I started in the Hot seat day 1 with a 10 month shutdown and I was the sole SMP supervisor on shift.(there was still OIM and MTL above me but they had there own struggles) and we went through every system top to bottom. Dure in this time I supervised Rope access, rigger/scaffolders, mechanical fitters/pipefitters and welder/boilermakers in total system change outs with hundreds off work pack developments and executions with no exception to safety. Note- with all this work taking place, maximum POB and HELO day-trippers with 0 LTI. The platform is now in a good position to continue operating for the next decade and my job here is as secure as it could be. However I am open to a potential change, I know Monadelphous have alot of work ATM and i would like to be considered for 1 of the major hook ups taking place Q1 2026. My longer term plan would be to stay on post commissioning and join the maintenance crew in some capacity.
