Effectively managed six patients in a fast-paced medical unit where patients had been admitted directly from the Emergency Department for further triage and assessment. Provided direct patient care, stabilised patients, and determined next course of action. Managed care from admission to discharge.

Accomplishments: completed the New Graduate Transition Program at John Hunter Hospital in 2019 with three month clinical rotations in Orthopaedic Trauma, Neurology/Neurosurgery, ENT/Special Surgery, and Rehabilitation.

Contributed as part of the multidisciplinary team in hospitals and aged care facilities across the Newcastle region. Conducted vital sign observations, attended to personal care needs of patients, and escalated signs of patient deterioration to the multidisciplinary team.
