Expansion of Owned Channels Co-ordinator role to include the additional functions of:
- Increased responsibility with ownership of Statement Runs and management of Digital Merchandise Screens in branch.
- Generating Standard Operation Procedures for Owned Channels
- Execution of team strategy
- Project Management support to the Digital Merchandise Screens Network Project with the goal to select a vendor that meet all the requirements of the software and hardware replacement business case.
- Managing ATM Software upgrade and working across teams to ensure milestones and targets are tracking to Work Order Agreement.
- Development of the pilot Brighter Magazine which was a critical strategic objective.
- Working with the in-house creative team on developing new guidelines and best practice across owned channels
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery, aligned to business objectives.
