Proactive and personable aspiring Support Worker currently still working in a disability job but looking for more shifts to work and more opportunities. Collaborative, team player who strongly believes that the customer or clients’ needs should always come first. Ability to work within a team structure and negotiate and manage conflict. I am an understanding person who is willing to recognize the change of a normal part of work, and to accept change gracefully and participate in change efforts. I am a positive person with approaches work with a positive attitude and displaying this to co-workers and customers alike. I am very flexible with my working hours, looking for work in the mornings to do, willing to take on any kind of job. I am passionate with working with young children, enjoy spending time with them on a daily day. Supporting their every needs and guiding them through their goals in life.
