Accomplishments

  • Established and oversaw a new staff Social Committee, Roedean School. Oversaw a staff team of six people in the planning and execution of four Social Committee events throughout the academic year. All four events welcomed 20-30 staff members.
  • Implemented a more seamless employee departure procedure, Roedean School. Developed and managed a new leavers process for departing employees of the School for academic year 23-24. This improved communication between HR and Senior Team.
  • Improved wait times and customer experience score by 6%, Lloyds Bank. Created and put into action a new plan to help branch team members strengthen their relationships with customers. The three main focuses of the plan were communication, being vigilant and making use of the branch's space.
  • Impacted modification to employability resources by taking part in a student panel, The Open University. In response to complaints that the employment services at The Open University were difficult to navigate, the Arts and Humanities department revised its access in 2022. Following a number of surveys and online discussions, this modification was put into effect.
