I help my mum in her business with:

• Fed and watered animals to provide necessary nutrients and keep pets healthy. Bottle feed kittens and give medicine.
• Maintained clean and safe living environments for animals by regularly cleaning enclosures and providing proper bedding materials. Washing bedding regularly.
• Cleaned animal enclosures maintain clean living spaces for pets and prevent spread of disease. Wash and attend to grooming needs.

I love cooking so I set up a rainbow 🌈 cake small business on Facebook after seeing how expensive rainbow cakes are to buy. Sold online with great success. This helped me develop these skills:

• Self-motivation, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a determination to do my best.
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. I don’t give up on trying.

Created my own plant sale business at home during covid. Grew seedlings from seed, including flowers and vegetable's. Sold to the public via Facebook and set up stalls to sell my plants on my street. I did it all by myself and used my profits to buy more seeds/soil, also paying my mum back for set up costs. My Mother’s Day sale of potted flowers I made $500 profit. Customer service skills and dealing with money was something that improved during my covid business set up.
