• Leading the planning and execution of the Local Office Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Mental Health (MH) Strategy. This strategy aims to enhance awareness and knowledge of GBV among different target audiences include State agencies, NGOs, community-based organizations, refugees; through integration, prevention, response, and mitigation activities.
• Maintaining and strengthening UNHCR's leadership within an inter-agency coordination working group focussed on GBV and MH.

The role involved advising the technical team on planning, process design and volunteer management for a livelihood project aimed at the refugee and migrant population.

• Working with the Refugee and Migrant Working Group of Tumbes to identify gaps in pathways for addressing gender based violence
• Formulating solutions to filling these gaps through training and information sharing organizing and participating in CERF Project activities in collaboration with other agencies
• conducting information sessions for Venezuelan migrant women on violence prevention and rights.
• creating a referral route for gender-based violence cases within the National Protection System
• coordinating an audiovisual project illustrating the crisis situation for women crossing the Venezuelan border
