- Diagnosed why only 3% of leads were being convered to registered patients in a multi-branch dental clinic, and presented 3-stage strategy to uplift leads conversation rate to reach 10–15%.
- Mapped the referral pathways to clinic end-to-end and identified core operational blockers: disconnected and high-friction information systems, siloed clinics, and ignored in-network advantage of being part of a large multi-node healthcare company.
- Re-engineered the referral workflow freeing up blockages in referral pathways and added process automation to ease connectivity between clinics and hospital, thus reducing admin delays by ~40% and converted a portion of previously “lost” referrals back into active bookings.
- Audited three separate websites and conducted SEO visibility checks using tools like SEMrush and Tableau; delivered a diagnostics report + 10-step SEO uplift plan projected to add ~2,000+ monthly visits, widening leads database.
- Identified 3 underserved, high-ROI patient segments to shift growth toward defensible specialty niches, for long-term business growth.
- Presented recommendations to client and the Institute of Management Consultants, and was awarded the Certificate of Excellence by the IMC.
