• Leading the DEVOPS team which handles Procurement part of the Application.
• Handling complete End-to-End migration of EBS R12.2.5 from RHEL7 to RHEL8 with isupplier portal, Nginx load balancer, Customization, 3rd party APIs and monitoring.
• Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, securing, customizing according to business requirements.
• Monitoring the environment with shell scripting, automated python Selenium test scripts also Prometheus, Grafana integrating with IAT for alerting and ticketing, deployed via Azure pipeline.
• Securing the environment with weekly vulnerability scans, fixing vulnerability issues, TSCM issues, Quarterly Security Patching, Passwords change, following best security practices.
• Maintaining and customizing isupplier portal, EBS functionalities, 3rd party integration as per the business needs and requirements.

Project #1 : Oracle LSH Admin

Client: One of the Leading Pharmaceutical companies in the world

Description:

Was a part of Oracle LSH admin team which supported Oracle LSH production, development, test and DR environment. Apart from this, collaborated with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver comprehensive solutions for clients. Managed client relationships through regular check-ins and updates on project progress.

Created and developed detailed work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.

• Supporting (24 X 5) Oracle LSH production, test, development and DR environment.
• Creating, monitoring & resolving user, roles and responsibilities for accessing highly secure Oracle LSH environment.
• Responsible for enabling auditing, generating audit report and tracking the access, usages and activities.
• Handling and resolving Oracle database, application, warehouse builder, server monitoring & maintenance issues
• Created Automation and monitoring scripts for reducing repeated tasks/workloads and securing environment
• Key part in supporting and resolving issues for Exadata migration.

Project #2

Client : Leading producer of flat-rolled aluminium products and world’s largest recycler of Aluminium.

Description

Part of the DBA Team which supported 300+ Oracle and SQL databases hosted in various geographic location across globe in 24*7 support model. Supported Oracle databases (8i,9i,10g,11g,12C, RAC), MS-SQL databases and EBS 12.2.4.

Closely worked with client post EBS 12.2.4 migrations and as main point of contact in monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting ,performance tuning of DB, EBS/Apps, resolving all the migration issues – production/non-prod, handling new cloning /patching post migration, configuring DMZ node, single point of contact for handling WebLogic issues and creating python scripts alert to monitor and fix recurring issues.

Project #3

Client : Major Company providing Storage Solution

Description:

Was part of Quote Edge Support Team which handled the Opportunity and Quote creation terminal. Functionally complex environment had Oracle R12 EBS integrated with Salesforce SFDC integrated via SOA.

Although being the youngest in the team, became client favorite in taking ownership and fixing issues. Became the only point of contact for the client and HCL team in handling all Kintana migrations and issues related to that. Prepared SOP and runbook for all of our activities which became the go-to/KT document for all new joiners.

• Supporting (24 X 7) large size of non-PROD database environment (20+ databases)
• Performing EBS R12 refresh, Hot and cold backup using NetApp snapshot
• Monitoring, Administrating, Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning of DB, EBS/Apps.
• Handling issues related Oracle EBS, SOA and Salesforce SFDC
• Handling Golden Gate configurations, issues.
• Troubleshooting & configuring Single Sign On , OAM, OID issues.

Project #1: Oracle Supply Chain Management

Client : American multi-national telecommunications and world’s 3rd largest provider of mobile telephone services

Description

Was part of Accenture’s diamond client's Supply Chain Management project. Was part of Oracle Application DBA team which supported 24*7 huge databases – main R12 production 3 node RAC and 24TB of volume and over 100 other Oracle EBS Production environments and its data guards and around 300 + non-Production database and its application.

Joined the team as a fresher and quickly became star performer of the core team, earning client’s trust in getting production access. Handled all client’s requests, resolving in timely manner. Apart from the technical responsibilities, I also documented the all-day-to-day tasks, critical issues/solution, scripts and made it into manual/runbook for DBAs which the client approved and is still used by the new team members as the go-to guide.

Client : is a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics, and financial services to more than 90 percent of the Fortune 500.

Description

Was part of Application Admin team taking care of Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) and SAP security. Creating and Customizing roles and responsibilities in Oracle EBS based on business requirement and handling SAP user creation, restricting authorization and role creation.
