Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strategize to achieve monthly store KPIs.
  • Explore leasing opportunities and engage with landlords/agents to enhance leasing conditions especially during COVID-19 omnibus memorandum

  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting.
  • Maintaining Store presentation as expected by Vodafone and keeping Store demonstrations and decals up to date.
  • Compliance checks for customer contracts.
  • Dealing with customer escalations and providing resolutions to customers. Ensure completion of mandatory online trainings of all staff.
