  • If Vikki answers the phone, or greets you personally, you can feel the sincerity in her voice. No matter what kind of day Vikki is having, her welcome is always the same.
  • Having recruited staff for reception roles over many years, it is not often that a person like Vikki comes your way. With the delay in opening of Flynns, Vikki was sent to assist Wyndham Kirra Beach. The comments I received from staff at Kirra made me doubly certain we had picked a winner! In fact they were reluctant to let her leave and begged to keep her.
  • Vikki’s secret is that she freely admits that she loves what she does. It is obvious this is so when you spend time around her. She exudes this passion on those around her, particularly when it involves working and dealing with people. Vikki not only makes the customer’s day, but she goes out of her way to effect the day of people she is working with.
  • It is a pleasure to have Vikki as the welcoming “face” of the Resort, and I know that with her fantastic abilities she will be developed into bigger roles. However if she so chose, we would be happy to leave her as the friendly welcoming first point of call, as it would be near impossible to find better!
