• Manage overall production planning activities & quality control work to achieve the targeted production. Overall unit operational functions reduce operation costs & greater operation profitability.
• Generate MIS reports for the top management displaying planned v/s achieved performance & highlighting areas for necessary decisions/action to be taken & suggestions in the form of corrective & preventive action.
• Manage, motivate & develop the team & insure that they perform to their maximum level to accomplish the business objectives & maintained high level of operational efficiency.
• Assessed manufacturing processes and recommended improvements to increase productivity.

I was joined here as QA & C In-charge. After two years company gave me responsibility in production department as Shift In-charge.

Here is an solvent extraction plant of 300 TPD capacity & a Miscella Refining Unit of 100 TPD capacity. In solvent plant we extracted soybean seed, cottonseed and rapeseed cake. In refinery unit we were processed Crude Soya bean Oil & Crude Cottonseed Oil. At that plant my KRA was as follows.

• I was overseeing manufacturing process by implementing "Single Stage Extraction Technology" ensure to produce "High Digestible Cottonseed Protein Meal" containing higher Rumen Un-degradable Protein (>60% RUP)
• Successfully implementation of miscella refining process for three immediate benefits: Lower refining loss, Lighter colored refined oil & Elimination of water washing.
• Covered production demands with well coordinated schedules and work assignments. Collaborated with maintenance engineers to address equipment utilization & maintenance needs.
• Developed & improved production process to increase yield. Monitored operations to meet cost, quality and delivery standards.

Established in 2010, it was India's first "Double step extraction plant" of 400 TPD capacity using two solvents: Hexane for oil extraction & Methanol for Gossypol - A kind of phenol an ANF extraction along with oil neutralization unit. Here we produced "De-gossypolised High Protein Cottonseed DOC". My KRA was as follows:

• Developed smooth process & produced De-gossypolised Cotton Protein Concentrate containing > 65% Protein, High protein cottonseed DOC containing > 50% Protein to acquire aqua market.
• Successful execution of flawless operations & practices at all sections of cottonseed plant, Oil Mill, Solvent extraction plant & neutralization section. Recognized for maintaining excellent & superior process in product quality, food safety & personal hygiene.
• Monitored efficiently to achieve desired output from the plant on daily shift basis, involved product development as per customer's demand specially institutional customers.

Situated in Eastern U.P. there is Oil mill ( 10 expellars) for oil expelling from Mustered seed/ Rape seed, a Solvent extraction plant of 400 TPD to extract Rice Bran Oil, Rape seed cake oil, A refinery unit of 250 TPD, In refinery we processed indigenous & de-gummed soya bean oil, crude rice bran oil, solvent extracted rapeseed oil & Crude Palm Oil. At this plant I was involved in bellow activities:

• Quality assurance of all types of incoming raw materials, Boiler fuels, chemicals, Quality Assurance & control of Rice bran' s oil extraction & it's refining, ( Up to 5.0 cloud point ), Expelling, extraction & refining of rapeseed oil, refining of soya bean oil & CPO refining.
• Rectified quality problems during ongoing extraction & refining operations with the coordination of production team.
• Managed & developed all quality assurance system.
• Made documentation of internal audits & quality assurance activities. ISO audit

Situated in Kaithal Haryana, A solvent extraction plant of 300 TDP involved in solvent extraction of Rice Bran Oil. My KRA was as follows:

• Analyzed & tested all types of raw materials, ongoing parameters during plant operation.
• Analyzed water quality & Bio-fuels, solvent quality & monitored all operational check points.
• Updated & communicated all analytical data's to operators, respected H.O.D.'s & General Manager.
