During my time at NEP my role as Studio Coordinator involved:

• Meeting studio visitors and high profile clients on entry and notify NEP staff of their arrival

• Assisting NEPs Studio Project Manager with invoicing, quoting, financial reconciliation and similar
• Assisting with travel bookings for crew, including flights, accommodation and car hire
• Assisting with crewing of jobs
• Support with administrative tasks including data entry, rosters, timesheets, schedules, reporting and on-
boarding activity such as inductions
• Perform other ad hoc studio duties as directed – eg proximity pass creation and distribution
• Participate in ongoing performance improvement by assisting in developing NEPs studio processes,
templates and guidelines
• Managing provisions and supplies to both the studio and break out areas

• Coordinating with creative teams to meet project deadlines, optimizing project management processes.

• At Qantas I worked in a large team operating forklifts, arranging freight, working on the tarmac and using location scanning devices to track and trace freight
• I frequently worked in a team environment and also self-directed.

• While employed at the Flying Fork as the assistant warehouse manager I carried out duties of fulfilling and organizing stock, negotiating and working with clients, processing quotes and orders for hospitality businesses with orders upwards of $10,000.

• At the Hurlstone Park Hotel I have gained skills in all bar procedures including serving customers at the bar, making cocktails, pouring beer, opening and closing duties, operating the TAB and gaming systems, working as a cellarman, handling cash and organizing orders in the Bistro.

• At Staging Rentals and Construction I performed many duties across the production industry which included supervising crew and coordination, operating forklifts, driving lightweight trucks, gaining experience with lighting and video operation procedures

• I was given the opportunity to work interstate at the Toyota Dealers conference in Adelaide as well as the IT Expo at the International Convention Centre and the Mercedes Benz Fashion week at Carriageworks.
