Community-Based NDIS Occupational Therapy

Hunter Primary Care | Warabrook, NSW | July 2025 (10 weeks)

  • Delivered evidence-based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across physical, psychosocial, and developmental disabilities.

  • Independently delivered a client update during a multidisciplinary team (MDT) meeting, outlining who the client is, their current situation, what support they are receiving, where and when services are being provided, and the rationale behind the intervention. Actively sought collaborative input from the team to develop a comprehensive support plan.
