Vincent Pham

I currently work the morning shift at Coles CDC in Eastern Creek, primarily operating in the produce section. I have experience hitting daily KPI's, maintaining well above average pick rates throughout a consistent 6 day roster. I currently have experience voice picking products operating LLOP machines to execute orders on pallets which are wrapped and staged accordingly in temperature controlled environments.

After my education concluded, I worked as a Graduate Accountant for ProYou Business Advisory managing various tax returns, compliance and business commitments between clients and the ATO. Unfortunately due to personal matters I have had to resign from this position and further education for a different job.

Throughout my education, I have maintained my career as a removalist in my family's business, firstly operating as a furniture mover under supervision and have progressed leadership skills through training many new workers, operating as a removalist offsider for other companies such as A2Z Moving and Storage Sydney, and as delivery driver, furniture assembler and eventually encompassing all the required tasks on the job whilst supervising workers and organising payment with customers. I have experience working under pressure and adapting to the needs of the job and the expectations of customer. Working under different bosses, I am a willing learner, flexible and consistently strive to support the team during each move. I have operated as an offsider for several other drivers and have primarily operated locally but also have had experience working interstate. With over 7 years experience, I am a hard worker and believe I have developed a strong working character with attributes which will transfer well into sculpting my experience in other industries. This may include; hands-on problem solving skills, team negotiation and communication, and understanding the needs of members from other industries as well as coordinating and meeting work expectations within environments which require heavy adaptability. I have experience managing time, and multitasking under pressure demonstrated through coordinating jobs and routes while reassuring customers of the service and expertise over the phone and in person.
