The technical solutions division is mix of SPMT op Gantry jacking SBL1100 and also climbing jacks CS250

We used this combination to excute the lifting and assembly with SBL 1100 then transport over a canal with 2x40 axle lines at roughly 100metres a part weighting in at roughly under 700 ton with the use of the turntables.

With the Bridge being so high we had to use our CS250 to ja k it down over 5m before then our spmt was able to final position it.

Also operating and building cranes from LR1160 200 and cc3800 builds.

• With this scope of work most of the time I would receive drawings and load SPMT to Engineers drawing using the pressures for stability to ensure C.O.G.

• Building 6 axle-26 axle lines to side by side SPMT operations ǁŝƚŚƚǁŽWWh͛Ɛ͕ĂůƐŽĂƐĞƚƵƉŽĨƚǁŽϭϬĂdžůĞůŝŶĞƐǁŝƚŚŽŶĞWWh͘ - Moving anything from 25-160 tonnes onsite. - Pitching 50 metre piles with two SPMT with bolsters, one with a bucket and one with a saddle - When supervisor is out on break I stepped up into his position to manage the boys and hand out job scopes daily
• General Rigging - Assisting rigging crew when not busy. - General maintenance of PPUs and SPMTs - Fixing on the spot leaks, replacing seals, etc
• Or just changing entire coupling, etc. - Building the right SPMT and axles for the right job making on the spot decisions then running it past our transport engineer
