- Planned, designed, and scheduled phases for over 30 community-based rehabilitation projects
- Coordinated with cross-functional teams to organise an event called CyberRun which had over 500 participants including people living with disabilities, raising over HK$ 1million dollar (AU$ 200k)
- Coordinated the rollout of professional rehabilitation training projects in Hong Kong & China. The WHO Rehabilitation Training Workshop held in China had over 300 participants across two days.
- Monitored project effectiveness to identify areas of improvement and make adjustments
- Provided financial management support including monthly budgeting, quarterly cash-flow forecast and annual financial reporting
- Succeed in securing a funding of HK$1.5m (AU$ 300k) from a Corporate partner to support a Community-Based Rehabilitation Bus in Sichuan, China.
