Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision and Management:Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision.
  Manage the product suite using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  
• Collaboration and Planning:Work with Marketing, Training, Partners, Clients, and other Product Managers to prepare the Product Roadmap and ensure alignment with Reckon’s strategy.
  
• Scrum Team Functions:Act as Product Owner and Scrum Master.

As a Senior Quality Analyst and Project Lead for Reckon Product (SaaS), I played a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Reckon's products. My role was essential in maintaining the high quality and reliability of Reckon’s products, directly contributing to the company’s success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Testing: Leading the testing of published applications using Citrix and Ericom, and creating automation scripts with TestComplete Keyword to streamline processes.
• Manual Testing and Compliance: Conducting thorough manual tests for software functionality and bug fixes, and ensuring compliance with Australian Payroll tax regulations through comprehensive smoke, regression, sanity, and user acceptance tests.
• Issue Management: Reporting software issues and new features using MS Terminal Foundation Server, Trello, and JIRA, and managing escalations from the support team.
• Documentation and Reporting: Producing detailed, maintainable test cases, documenting test results, writing test plans and scenarios, and reporting on test progress and automation procedures using Confluence.
