  • Contribute to concept development, design and procurement activities.

  • Produce engineering design calculations including conveyor design and pump selection calculations, as required.
  • Produce Request for Tender (RFT), SoW & technical datasheet documents during procurement stage.
  • Pre & Post award Contractor/Vendor management.
  • Liaise with local, national & international vendors and monitor the package progress.
  • Partake and witness the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) as Client representative.

  • Ensuring non-conformances raised were identified and the appropriate corrective action taken.
  • Conduct structural audit of all wet/dry assets such as conveyors, process building structures and storage building structures, pump houses, shiploaders, dolphins, wharfs, etc.
  • Preparation of condition assessment report and Remedial Scope of Works document consisting of risk rating for the defects observed during site inspection.
  • Successful delivery of site health, safety and environmental obligations during site works Ensuring non-conformances raised were identified and the appropriate corrective action taken.
