• Identification, preparation, writing and submission of Australian public sector healthcare tenders (order value: A$203 million);
• Prepared compliant and responsive technical information to secure a Australian public sector healthcare emergency purchase order (order value: US$278 million) during Covid-19;
• Led a team of 22 professionals across Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Production, Design, Sales and Operations, and resolved lengthy medical device recall dispute with TGA (order value in dispute: US$66 million);
• Worked alongside former Deputy Chief Executive of NHS England and Hudson Outsourcing UK for the preparation of NHS Tendering Process;
• Performed Competitive Assessment for Australian public sector tendering opportunities in stationeries, office supplies and dental supplies;
