Hospitality Background

Before transitioning into corporate operations, HR and property management, I developed a strong foundation in hospitality across international and high-volume hotel environments. From 2009 to 2016, I worked as Assistant Manager in the Food & Beverage Department at Mercure Hotel Perth, overseeing service delivery, staff supervision and daily operational standards.
