I am an accomplished Primary School educator who has 16 years experience within a classroom setting. Dedication to student safety and well-being, to enable focused learning, is an important part of my ethos. I am known to challenge students in creative ways to reach untapped potential, with a focus on clear and effective classroom communication. I am passionate about creating and educating others on establishing classroom environments that enhance student behaviour, through the PB4L framework. Additional Information

I have held many different positions within the school over the 16 years I have been employed here. I do feel that the P-6 Pastoral role is where my strengths such as , building relationships with the church, wider community, colleagues, families and students will be best utilised and will assist in the schools performance.
