Vivek Sharma

Dedicated to pursuing a career in Biomedical Science at QUT, I am a recent graduate of Woodcrest State College (2023) with a clear commitment to excellence in customer service and a strong foundation in team leadership. My goal is to become an accredited radiographer in Australia, a field I am eager to contribute to with my academic and practical skills. With over 3.5 years of experience as a Crew Coach at McDonald's, I honed my organisational skills, reliability, and a positive, results-oriented mindset. In this role, I embraced additional responsibilities to drive team success and took pride in training new staff effectively. Additionally, I hold a Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways, which further supports my readiness for the healthcare sector. • Dealing with unhappy customers in a friendly manner and solving the main issue.
