• Migrated from Sun IDM to ForgeRock IAM, deploying reverse proxy (Apache HTTPD) agents and OpenAM authentication.
• Upgraded AEM Dispatcher and integrated IAM agents across the digital stack for secure access management.

Kubernetes & Cloud Modernization

• Led migration of Java/Tomcat apps from EC2 to Amazon EKS, reducing costs and improving scalability.
• Built Helm-based Kubernetes manifests (Deployments, Ingress, HPA, Services) and automated monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch.
• Automated AWS operations via Amazon Q + Microsoft Teams chatbot like patching, snapshots, server start/stop.

Automation & DevOps

• Delivered CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Jenkins (content migration, hotfixes, blue/green deployments).
• Automated snapshots, log archival, certificate renewals, server/RDS scheduling with Ansible & SSM Docs.
• Migrated RedHat → Amazon Linux2 and Classic → ALB using CloudFormation.
