2023 Nov - Present (Metro Tunnel) - Building Fit Out

• Coordinated on-site Fit out works adhering to drawings and methodology for Albert Rd entrance scope of Anzac Station.
• Assisted in delivery of station-wide packages comprising of wearing slabs, signage and bracketry install in accordance to design and MTM specifications.

2023 May - Nov (Metro Tunnel) - Structures

• Contributed to the delivery of Structures scope for the Shrine entrance at Anzac Station
• Took lead in procurement and quality assurance for duration of the primary and secondary structures scope.

2023 Feb - May (Melbourne Airport Rail) - Track and Civil

• Involved in Track team for completion of track slew occupation during early works at Albion junction.
• Prepared and led all preliminary permits and workpacks for efficient construction during occupation phase

• Provide efficient customer service to patrons playing pokies and proactively assist members
• Liaise with area manager and cashier team to efficiently pay-out jackpots above $10,000
• Attending service paging & fixing minor technical faults inside pokies machines under 2 minutes
• Provide service to patron with membership card issues at loyalty booth, this includes call centre assistance.
