Currently work at 360 Water as a service manager for the Sydney branch ( 4 team members + GM ). Have been here for 18 months since leaving Integra Water. My current roll involves :

- Providing water treatment services to large sites in Sydney including large steam boilers, cooling tower systems, closed loop systems and chlorination systems in hospitals. I also collect data for risk management plans.

- Completing install work for dosing equipment, corrosion racks, water softener and carbon filters including media changes and all service work required ( EQ Disc Kit changes ).

- Stock management at our Castle Hill store. I order all chemicals from our supplier in SA and order spare parts, testing reagents ECT.

- Reviewing all Sydney service reports. This involves sending all BAR chemicals for invoicing, organising quotes for parts and reviewing results and speaking to service technicians if results don’t make sense.

I worked at Integra Water Treatment Solutions for 9 years. 5 years as a service tech and 4 years in the area manager’s roll.

My area managers roll included meeting KPI’s for site audit and inspections, insuring run list’s were completed on time, reviewing reports, providing boiler training both onsite and in the office, collecting RMP data.

During my time there I looked after large sites and contracts including the complete defence contract in Sydney ( Integra’s largest national contract ). I also completed country work like travelling to Bega, Bourke and Broken Hill for the NBN contract. Also even travelled to Castle Forbes in Tasmania twice for a NBN RO service. Looked after major sites at CSR Cobar mine which included up to 12 cooling tower systems.

In my time at Integra I worked on the following:

- Cooling Towers

- Closed Loops

- Steam Boilers

- Reverse Osmosis Systems

- Sea Water Treatment

- Softener and Filtration systems including repairs and media changes

- Chlorination Systems

- Waste Water Systems ( basic PH correction systems )
