Work with Financial Controller, and IT team to review potential suppliers on CRM reporting system to align with our current system.   • Generated warranty reporting template, and implemented warranty process showing jobs open, pending action, for review, and jobs closed. Resulting in greater transparency of job status for reporting to management team.
  • Applied + $1M warranty returns for parts, equipment and labour against target. 2011, 2012, successfully negotiated with suppliers, fostering strong teamwork with internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt submission of warranty claims on suppliers. Planning works for repair under a tight deadline to ensure no downtime to customer.

  • Implementation and rollout of 550 clients on the Sunshine Coast, through Visy acquiring 2 x private recycling businesses. Strong time management to ensure that all customers were converted to Visy including signage, receptacles, invoicing, and prompt bill payment. Resulting in a strong foot hold on the Sunshine Coast for Visy.
  • Roll out recycling program on behalf of Brisbane City Council to inner Brisbane offices. Lack of recycling services being driven down to individual offices in the city. Resulting in increased Brisbane City cardboard and plastic recycling of 25%.
