I am an Italian-Moroccan boy born and raised in a small region of central Italy overlooking the sea.

Since I was a child I have worked in the family traveling sales company, but my 2 greatest passions are cooking and the world of motor cars.

Due to Covid, I wasn't able to gain much experience during my school years in the catering sector; this is why I made the decision to go to the other side of the world to learn new cultures and new ways of cooking to enrich my culinary and linguistic cultural background.
