I am a qualified graphic designer with over seven years of experience in the design and print industry. Recently, I transitioned into the retail sector, where I have been developing my skills in customer service, sales, and business operations at Telstra. My current role has allowed me to gain extensive experience in providing quality service, working with business systems, and taking on leadership responsibilities. To further expand my knowledge and career opportunities, I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Marketing and Communication (BSB50620) and a Diploma in Business Development (BSB50120).
