Philosophy in teaching

I believe in developing young children, their self-awareness, positive self-concept, self-management, social awareness, relationship management and responsible decision-making. Believe the child as individuals. Believe in children learn through play. They will be exposed to the different things in the environment, as well as to develop their social and cognitive skills. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children. I always love working with children. Different age group children brings different joy to me. I believe in Reggio Emilia approach, "The One Hundred Languages of Children". It allows them to express their ideas, thoughts, feelings as well as frustrations in multiple ways.
